Pre-construction Project Manager
to join our Construction team in Brisbane, in this pivotal role that acknowledges our belief that meticulous planning fundamentally shapes project success.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in early works packages, working collaboratively with our Construction Managers and Cost Planner to transform our visions into achievable roadmaps. By

, you'll become an integral part of our tight-knit team, directly influencing our most ambitious projects and contributing to the landmarks that will define Southeast Queensland's future.

Your Impact
You'll be instrumental in:-

  • Representing the construction department through all design phases until project handover
  • Building comprehensive project methodologies that address time, cost, safety, and quality considerations
  • Creating detailed handover packages including cash flow, BOQ, and tender submissions
  • Managing mid-level and tender budgets
  • Overseeing program development and submission processes
  • Coordinating with QA and HSE Managers to address high-risk areas
  • Managing project risk registers throughout the design phase
  • Establishing compliance documentation and project setups
  • Leading early works procurement and tendering processes

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:-

  • At least 5 years experience in project management or contract administration, with project setup
  • Proven knowledge of early works packages
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Quantity surveying, or a similar field
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to foster continuous improvement in systems and procedures
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
