**Does this sound like you?**
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Good initiative, engaging and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to keep strong client and stakeholder repour
- Ability to travel locally for any adhoc, including to and from worksite daily.

**Your Duties will include**:

- General clerical duties, maintaining the office standards, use of office equipment.
- Banking, Invoicing, Filling
- Learn and develop on company product knowledge for customer assistance and order taking
- Use of systems and processes to assist client needs
- Identify and resolve customer issues
- Maintain a strong repour with clients and stakeholders
- Use of company database (PMS - Project Management System)
- Contribute to company ideas/solutions
- Provide team work and assist in various tasks outside of a general business administration scope (marketing, artwork, photography and design)
- Assistance to the sales team including development of sales techniques
- Study one day a week at TAFE

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen or have permanent working rights in Australia
- Drivers Licence and car
