We're Hiring: Performance Tester

Location: Sydney

Experience: 6–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced
Performance Tester
with strong expertise in
performance engineering, automation, and client engagement
.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead performance testing strategy, planning, execution & reporting.
  • Drive automation and accessibility testing across digital platforms.
  • Manage client interactions and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Mentor the team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster quality assurance.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years in performance testing/engineering
    with
    Neoload
    &
    Dynatrace
    (Must).
  • Strong experience in
    Amdocs Solutions (CRM, OMS, AMQ)
    .
  • 4+ years in functional & automation testing
    with
    Selenium + Ruby/Cucumber
    .
  • API Automation (SOAP/REST), Appium (Android/iOS), Postman, SOAP UI.
  • Strong knowledge of
    BDD frameworks, JIRA, ALM, GIT tools
    .
  • Hands-on with Java, Visual Studio Code, RubyMine, Eclipse/IntelliJ.
  • Excellent communication & client-facing presentation skills.
