We are partnering with our government client to recruit an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join their Technology Division. Reporting directly to the Automation Delivery Lead, this role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that deliver measurable efficiency and productivity gains.

Key Responsibilities As the RPA Developer, you will:

  • Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and build RPA solutions using Blue Prism following best practice standards.
  • Test, debug, and deploy RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Maintain, enhance, and document existing automation solutions.
  • Integrate RPA with other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Support delivery within an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong understanding of RPA principles and Blue Prism technology.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience developing enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
  • Blue Prism Developer Certification (AD01).
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of API integration via web services.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in developing MS Power Platform solutions.

Highly Desirable

  • Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification.
  • Experience with OCR solutions (Blue Prism Decipher).
  • Programming knowledge in C#, .NET, or Java.
  • Database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
