Job Description:

As a Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) Instructor, you will play a vital role in reviewing, updating, delivering, and evaluating RPAS training for staff and customers in Australia and overseas. Your primary responsibility will be to review training syllabuses, class rosters, students' training records, and courseware requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Instructor and hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. They must also possess a Remote Pilot Licence (RePL), Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate, and knowledge of RPAS, including air vehicle, ground segments, and supportability. Additionally, they should have the ability to develop and maintain professional and productive customer relationships and address customer expectations.

You will work closely with the Flight Operations Team on domestic and international assignments, identifying and scheduling training resources, verifying compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and conducting classroom, practical, flight, and simulation instruction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Instructor
