About the Role:

In this role, you'll be supporting our Rooms Division team across Front Office and Housekeeping. This versatile role offers the flexibility of guest facing operational service while also assisting with keeping our front office and hotel areas clean and well maintained.

Your duties will include:

  • Welcome guests to the hotel and guide them through the check-in and check-out processes.
  • Assist with parking and collection of guest cars following hotel procedures at all times.
  • Play an active role in maintaining the cleanliness of the department, lobby and hotel as required.
  • Report any maintenance requirements for the lobby and surrounding areas to the Engineering Department and monitor these requests to ensure they are actioned.
  • Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

About You:

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Manual Driving license essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar or customer facing role advantageous.
  • Confidence with hotel reservation systems (ResaWeb, Opera, Opera cloud or similar).
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including evenings, weekends and public holidays).
