You'll play a key role in providing our patients with a welcoming experience every time they walk through the door. Your main responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing eftpos/HICAPS payments, entering transactions into our POS software, patient checkups, marketing, cleaning duties, towel management, stock management and ensuring everything balances at the end of your shift.

The most important aspect of this role is being a strong communicator and conversationalist. The clinic can get busy, and having a bit of lighthearted conversation and a laugh between patients is part of what makes our team great.

We're looking for someone to work 3-5 days a week. Our clinic is growing, and we need someone who is motivated to help with administrative tasks and team management while looking forward to a new challenge.

Skills and Experience: In the past, we've had university students or individuals with part-time jobs. Experience in business administration, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus but not required. The tasks are simple to learn, so we're more focused on who you are as a person rather than whether you've worked in a health clinic before. You'll need a car and the ability to arrive on time—our clinic can't run without you, and we pride ourselves on always being punctual, so lateness isn't an option Being available for extra shifts during university holidays is a bonus.
