We're recruiting a Case Manager to join a brand-new self-insurance workers' compensation operation. Represented through Paxus, this is your chance to move beyond routine case management into a role where you'll directly influence outcomes for workers and the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end claims in a self-insurance environment
- Coordinate treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs
- Provide empathetic support while ensuring legislative compliance
- Build strong relationships with workers, managers, providers, and regulators
- Deliver high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- At least 12 months' scheme experience (ideally 2+ years)
- In-depth understanding of workers' compensation and RTW frameworks
- Track record managing diverse caseloads effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills
- Well-organised and focused on quality outcomes
