We're recruiting a Case Manager to join a brand-new self-insurance workers' compensation operation. Represented through Paxus, this is your chance to move beyond routine case management into a role where you'll directly influence outcomes for workers and the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end claims in a self-insurance environment
  • Coordinate treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs
  • Provide empathetic support while ensuring legislative compliance
  • Build strong relationships with workers, managers, providers, and regulators
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

  • At least 18 months' experience (ideally 2+ years) managing Workers Compensation cases inline with Qld legislation
  • In-depth understanding of workers' compensation and RTW frameworks
  • Track record managing diverse caseloads effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills
  • Well-organised and focused on quality outcomes
