The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Family Law Associate or Senior Associate with 5-7 years' PAE to join our highly regarded Specialist Family Law team in Brookwater on a full-time or part-time basis.

You will be an integral member of our team and someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and experience with team members.

To be successful in this role you will require:-

·       A current practising certificate

·       At least 5 years' PAE in family law

·       An ability to handle complex property settlements and children's matters

·       Good Court experience

·       Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills

·       Extensive experience in a broad range of complex family law matters

·       Exceptional technical skills

·       Specialist Accreditation in Family Law will be highly regarded
