In Gladstone, our team working on water and wastewater treatment, network optimisation, and infrastructure upgrades is on the lookout for our next graduate in 2026 Based out of our
Hobart
office, and with a degree in
Chemical/Process Engineering with an interest in the Water sector
, your passion for solving complex treatment challenges and improving operational efficiency will serve you well in this role.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a significant long-term program of works with a major utility client, supporting the delivery of impactful water infrastructure projects over the next decade that will leave a long lasting community legacy.

Here's a bit more about what you'll be doing:

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables across sectors like transport, water, energy, and defense.
• Support communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Help manage contracts, track compliance, and support procurement processes.
• Identify potential risks early and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and assist in financial reporting and forecasting.
