Qualifications & Skills
The qualities that help you thrive in your role:
- Tertiary Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in Project or Construction Management, Engineering, Property Economics, Commerce, or a similar field. - Experience:
1 to 2 years' experience in Project Management or Development Management roles within the Property and Construction industries is desirable. - Organisational Skills:
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. - Attention to Detail:
High level of attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in all aspects of the project. - Team Player:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. - Proactive and Motivated:
A keen interest in learning and developing your project management career, always looking for ways to improve. - Tech-Savvy:
Competent in using software such as Microsoft 365 (e.g., PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.). - Commitment to Professional Development:
