As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive growth by winning new business, expanding adoption, and building trusted relationships. Working with Sales, Industry, Marketing, and Product, you'll shape the future of our solutions.
We're hiring multiple BDMs in R&D, each focused on growing a market-leading product. This hands-on role is about working with customers, solving complex challenges, and delivering real outcomes.
You'll be the subject matter expert in your Industry & domain, making a tangible impact on how we expand across industries.
We're recruiting across six distinct product areas - each with its own strategic focus, yet unified by the core responsibilities of the BDM role:
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

Enterprise Content Management
We're looking for a Business Development Manager who shares our passion for the future of information management. Someone with the energy, enthusiasm and genuine drive to help organisations unlock the true power of their content. This role is ideal for those excited by the challenge of solving compliance, governance and information management needs, while positioning ECM as a cornerstone of our SaaS ERP platform.
What you'll be doing…
- Partner with the Product GM to design and execute ECM's global go-to-market strategy in line with long-term product and corporate objectives.
- Work closely with Industry and Sales leaders to expand ECM adoption and drive new logo acquisition.
- Act as ECM subject matter expert, coaching sales and presales teams to confidently position compliance and information governance outcomes, across our industries and solutions.
- Deliver compelling ECM value propositions, including alignment with ISO 15489, ISO 16175, VERS3, GDPR, FOI and state-based recordkeeping frameworks.
- Lead ECM solution selling, including demonstrations of capabilities such as SharePoint integration, intelligent search, automated classification, disposal processing, and AI-enabled content insights.
- Launch targeted campaigns that highlight ECM's compliance, productivity, and AI-readiness story in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
- Monitor competitors, develop battle cards and win themes, and provide feedback to inform and drive the ECM roadmap to empower our Products, Solutions and customer outcomes.
- Drive industry-aligned thought leadership through presentations, articles, case studies and customer reference building.
Your Talents…
- A genuine passion for information management and a drive to help organisations unlock the value of their content.
- Proven experience in ECM/EDRMS or related enterprise software sales, ideally in an ERP or information management context.
- Strong knowledge of document and records management, compliance obligations, and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with records and information management professionals, C-suite leaders and functional executives across ERP domains.
- Experience positioning software solutions and articulating differentiated value.
- Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to connect regulatory requirements to tangible business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Working across Australia, New Zealand and the UK as we disrupt and transform the HCM market
- Launching Product upsell and cross-sell initiatives with Marketing and articulating the Enterprise value proposition
- Conducting industry and geographic customer needs analysis to identify opportunities and fit
- Managing and supporting a rolling four-quarter pipeline for the HR & Payroll Products
- Delivering tailored value propositions, supporting demos, and developing ROI analyses
- Partnering with presales, solution architects and product teams to design customer-focused offerings
- Be the HR & Payroll subject matter expert, partnering with sales and presales teams in ANZ and UK
- Monitoring global HCM trends and competitor products to influence Product strategy and roadmap
- Championing innovation, continuous improvement and thought leadership across the Enterprise
Your Talents…
- Proven experience in HR and/or Payroll SaaS sales and business development
- Strong preference for UK as well as ANZ experience
- Experience in working in complex global business and matrix management
- Ideally experience in Public Sector or Education Sector HCM sales or services
