We have an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Quarry Operator to join our client at Sellicks Beach. This role involves working the afternoon shift, offering a $41.50 p/h + overtime. We are looking for operators experienced in operating fix plant machines and other mobile plant machines. Your responsibilities will include hauling raw feed, loading road trucks, feeding the crushing and screening plant, and performing basic maintenance and service tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental practices
  • Complete pre-start checks on equipment
  • Operate mobile plant and equipment efficiently and safely
  • Perform basic housekeeping
  • Service & maintenance of quarry equipment
  • Conduct plant and process inspections
  • Live in the Sellicks Beach area

QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES

  • Proven experience operating heavy mobile equipment would be advantageous
  • Background in quarrying or mining operations, including familiarity with safety management systems
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to work effectively within a small team and adapt to changing tasks

SHIFT DETAILS

  • Afternoon shifts (3pm - 1PM)
  • $41.50 per hour plus Superannuation + Over time
  • Opportunities for overtime
