We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time cleaner to join our team at our Darlington site. This is a permanent position suited to someone with experience in both workshop/industrial environments and office-based cleaning. A sound understanding of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and waste control is essential.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Maintenance Department, including staff rooms, offices, toilets, and workshop areas, as well as assisting with yard duties when required.

Key duties include:

  • General cleaning of maintenance facilities, including replenishing kitchen and bathroom supplies (hand towels, toilet rolls, detergents, etc.), emptying waste baskets and bins, and cleaning fridges, windows, and floors.
  • Deep cleaning of office spaces, bathrooms, and toilets.
  • Assisting with yard deliveries and collections when required.
  • Washing workshop uniforms in an industrial laundry facility.

Position requirements:

  • Certificate II in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) or equivalent skills and experience.
  • Valid South Australian Driver's License (Class C).
  • Good understanding of OHS&W relevant to the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive medical assessment and provide a current National Police Check.
