As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced chef or experienced passionate cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.

About the Role

We're seeking a talented Chef who can lead with creativity, skill, and a love for great food. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern culinary techniques, a commitment to consistency, and the ability to inspire and support a kitchen team.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, menu development, and maintaining the high standards that Perchd guests have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and execute a high-quality menu aligned with Perchd's concept and standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and team collaboration.
  • Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
  • Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with management on menu innovation and seasonal updates.
  • Maintain cost control and meet budgetary goals without compromising quality.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role in a busy kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary cooking methods, ingredients, and plating.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for creativity and presentation in every dish.
  • Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).
