About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Specialist Management and Integration to join our Pilbara Mining Operational Readiness team working on the Pilbara Mine Operations projects.
This role is an integral part of a small team that supports mine expansion development projects and ensures systems, processes and teams are fully prepared to perform their function effectively and efficiently to sustain safe-operations and productivity.
You'll be part of a collaborative, high performing team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You'll work a Perth Monday to Friday based roster with ad-hoc travel which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.
Reporting to the Manager Operational Readiness you will:
Manage the Operational Readiness schedule, budget and the interface with the project during all phases (particularly implementation, commissioning and handover).
Implement and communicate the operational readiness execution plan as scheduled with a focus on project management elements, cost, schedule, risk management and reporting
Integrate project work streams into operations and maintenance planning processes, systems and work management activities
Ensure operational readiness risks are identified and recorded in the projects risk register and assigned actions are updated
Ownership of continuous improvement and lesson learnt process for the project, identifying, sharing, and applying lessons learned to drive sustainable improvements to support the program and ramp-up of the project
Integration of project scope and co-commitments into the operations plans

Ability to analyse and format large data sets
Exceptional stakeholder influencing, communication & collaboration skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in report writing, presentations and document control activities
High competency in Microsoft applications, SAP and scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project)
Tertiary degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or Project Management or relevant experience in document control, scheduling, project management and mine site major projects
Current Australian C Class Driver's License
