Technical Consultant

Dulili is a Ceridian Dayforce SI partner, and supports other products like Payglobal, Chris21 and Keypay.

We are currently looking for an experienced technical resource to assist with our integration between products, reporting and other technical needs.

An experienced consultant is someone who has a minimum of 3 years implementing other equivalent software either inhouse or in a consulting capacity.

**What is the role?**

The role varies where every day is different. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals and companies from a range of industries.

The day-to-day activities will cover:

- Learn and maintain knowledge of the Ceridian Dayforce area of speciality
- Assist in building the team by sharing knowledge and expertise internally
- Ensuring projects and implementations are delivered to successfully meet the business needs both remotely over MS Teams and in person
- Gather and document a clients business requirements mapping them to Ceridian Dayforce functionality
- Configure the Ceridian Dayforce solution to meet the client’s requirements
- Conduct Training sessions to new and experienced users
- Advising clients how they can use Ceridian Dayforce more effectively
- Participate in project meetings (internal and with the client)

This role is based in Perth WA.

**Salary range**:
Full time position $100,000 - $120,000 plus Superannuation.

Salary will be based on skills and experience.
- Required Skills: _
- Experience writing XML/XSLT
- Experience using functions in Excel
- Experience using Advanced SQL functionality
- An understanding of relational database concepts
- Experience with other report creation tools to create reports that retrieve data from a transactional database
- Experience developing integrations between systems using a variety of technologies.
- Desirable skills: _
- C# Development experience
- Experience with Power BI or similar Tools
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll, HR or Workforce Management processes.
- Previous experience with Payroll, HR or Workforce Management software and implementation (like Cornerstone, Dayforce, Kronos, PageUp, Success Factors, Oracle Workday or similar) is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Australian Payroll requirements
- Adept in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A flexible, adaptable and creative approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong client engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient organisational and time management with an ability to meet and deliver to deadlines
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Carry out tasks autonomously with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Demonstrable ability to operate independently across multiple tasks
- Are passionate about IT and growing your career
- Ability to travel to client sites (local and interstate)
