About the role
Are you ready to be part of delivering major infrastructure projects that shape the future of public transport in Western Australia? As an Integration Manager at the Public Transport Authority (PTA), you'll play a pivotal role in managing low to medium risk projects within our Project Delivery Division. You'll lead dynamic project teams—comprising both in-house and private sector professionals—overseeing all phases from planning to delivery. Your expertise in project and contract management will be crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and minimal disruption to train operations.
In this exciting role, you'll provide specialist advice, prepare project plans and financial justifications, and manage stakeholder relationships to facilitate project success. You'll also be responsible for reviewing and developing rail staging plans, ensuring seamless integration with our stakeholders, and upholding the PTA’s Project Management Framework. Your leadership skills will shine as you supervise, guide, and mentor team members, contributing to a positive, cooperative work environment. If you're passionate about infrastructure development and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, we want to hear from you

Eligibility for professional membership of the Australian Institute of Project Management or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to lead, mentor and coach others, while effectively managing project resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments, build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and negotiate or resolve conflicts effectively.
- Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and develop practical, innovative solutions to support project success.
