Make a real difference in our Community Health team by delivering hands-on nursing care, supporting clients' independence, and growing your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
