What you'll be doing

In this role you'll be providing direct patient care under RN supervision, supporting daily living activities, and contributing to quality health outcomes.

  • Assisting patients and promoting independence
  • Supporting clinical assessments and reporting
  • Recording accurate health documentation
  • Communicating and collaborating with care teams
  • Promoting safety, hygiene and respect for diversity

Essential Criteria:

  • Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
