What you'll be doing

In this role you'll be delivering compassionate care under Registered Nurse supervision, ensuring client wellbeing, supporting daily living, and maintaining clinical documentation standards.

  • Delivering person-centred care to support client dignity and comfort
  • Monitoring client health, recognising changes, and escalating concerns
  • Documenting care and observations clearly in client records
  • Assisting clients with daily tasks to promote independence
  • Collaborating with nurses and team members to ensure quality outcomes

Essential Criteria:

  • Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
