About Us:

Flanco are a growing civil contracting company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division.

Flanco are seeking experienced skilled labourers/trade assistants to join our team.

Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.

Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other formwork carpenters, concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.

About You:


• Experience in a similar role

• Skilled labour/trade assistant: Minimum 2 years' experience in construction

• Earthmoving tickets & all-rounder experience formwork, steel fixing, concrete - advantageous

• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain

• Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License. HR license preferred but not essential.

• White Card

• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
