Life Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Advisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support our people and enhance HR practices that align with our values. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and must have similar experience:

  • Coordinating job advertisements, conducting applicant interviews and assessments, and managing staff selection processes.
  • Updating and maintaining employee files and HR information systems.
  • Offering guidance to management on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Organizing on boarding for new employees and outlining employment terms, salary packages, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Logging job opening details provided by employers, including role descriptions, pay rates, and work conditions.
  • Sharing information about available positions within the organisation with both hiring managers and prospective candidates.
  • Engaging in discussions regarding employment terms, addressing staff concerns, and resolving workplace disputes.
  • Analyzing employment laws, industry awards, enterprise agreements, payroll structures, and conflict resolution mechanisms.
  • Creating and implementing workplace policies, enterprise agreements, and productivity-based pay systems.
  • Managing employee consultation initiatives, including the establishment and oversight of workplace committees and engagement programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
