- Logging job opening details provided by employers, including role descriptions, pay rates, and work conditions.
- Engaging in discussions regarding employment terms, addressing staff concerns, and resolving workplace disputes.
- Analyzing employment laws, industry awards, enterprise agreements, payroll structures, and conflict resolution mechanisms.
- Creating and implementing workplace policies, enterprise agreements, and productivity-based pay systems.
- Managing employee consultation initiatives, including the establishment and oversight of workplace committees and engagement programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
