- Analyzing employment laws, industry awards, enterprise agreements, payroll structures, and conflict resolution mechanisms.
- Creating and implementing workplace policies, enterprise agreements, and productivity-based pay systems.
- Managing employee consultation initiatives, including the establishment and oversight of workplace committees and engagement programs.
