Logging job opening details provided by employers, including role descriptions, pay rates, and work conditions.

Sharing information about available positions within the organisation with both hiring managers and prospective candidates.

Engaging in discussions regarding employment terms, addressing staff concerns, and resolving workplace disputes.

Analyzing employment laws, industry awards, enterprise agreements, payroll structures, and conflict resolution mechanisms.

Creating and implementing workplace policies, enterprise agreements, and productivity-based pay systems.
