Learning Manager

Shape the future of delivery services through strategic learning leadership. Reporting to the Delivery Services L&TD Manager, you'll leverage the Learning Organisation as a strategic instrument to design, implement, and optimise standard work practices that drive measurable business impact. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing mission-critical learning programs including comprehensive driver onboarding, vendor partnership development, and innovative technology training initiatives.
Lead with impact and scale. You'll orchestrate regional implementations with precision, optimise local area vendor performance through targeted learning interventions, and establish data-driven learning frameworks that directly contribute to AMZL Australia's strategic objectives. This role demands a leader who can translate complex operational requirements into engaging, effective learning experiences that deliver sustainable performance improvements across our delivery network.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Program Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs across various driver operations
- Develop innovative multi-language training solutions
- Create and localise metrics to measure training effectiveness and ROI
Operational Excellence:
- Partner with WW Learning teams to ensure content meets regional requirements
- Establish and maintain training standards for Driver Trainers and Learning Coordinators
- Build audit programs to measure and enhance training effectiveness
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate performance improvements into training
- Ensure seamless alignment between training and operational workflows
Quality and Compliance:
- Maintain detailed tracking of training progress and skill development
- Implement corrective actions based on key metrics
- Ensure compliance with regional training requirements
A day in the life
Your day will blend strategic oversight of core learning programs, innovative content development, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll orchestrate onboarding, vendor training, and technology implementation while ensuring our training meets regional requirements and drives measurable results.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience managing training programs
- Experience managing projects
- Experience managing teams
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
