We're seeking a Senior Manager to drive forward our Learning & Development strategy and lead our Australian based team. This is a high-impact role where you'll translate global learning strategies into locally relevant solutions, drive leadership development, and deliver transformative learning experiences for senior stakeholders, including partners, business services leaders, and clients.
What you'll do
Lead the Australian L&D team: Set direction, drive performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with global and regional leaders to align learning initiatives with business priorities
Design & Deliver: Create and facilitate high-impact programs for senior audiences, including strategy offsites and partner development
Client-Facing Learning: Lead client training initiatives, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions
Data-Driven Impact: Use performance metrics and feedback to evaluate learning outcomes and inform future strategy
Coach & Mentor: Provide executive coaching and support internal coaching initiatives

What you'll bring
Proven experience in an L&D leadership role within the legal or professional services sector
Expertise in adult learning principles, executive coaching, and program design
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience working across global teams and time zones
Postgraduate qualifications in education, OD, or developmental psychology (preferred)
