About the role:

As a Customer Service Officer in our Head Office, you will be at the frontline of inbound phone calls from customers all over the state. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer enquiries, directing them to the appropriate teams all while delivering a high standard of professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment
  • Answering and responding to incoming calls, ensuring a timely response to customers
  • Resolving customer queries in line with operational requirements
  • Monitoring communication with the Despatch team, including phone, radio and email
  • Liaising with QPS, TMR and insurance/roadside companies efficiently
  • Providing general administrative support to the office environment

About You:

To be a successful applicant for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a customer service-based role (call centre highly regarded)
  • Possess outstanding communication, both verbally and written
  • A positive and energetic approach to your work
  • Intermediate computer knowledge
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Possess efficient time management skills
  • A desire to learn and take on feedback
  • The ability to work a rotating roster, including some weekend work
