Salary: $80,000 – $100,000+ (commensurate with experience)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced conveyancer who can work independently and unsupervised, managing their own files from start to finish. You will be based in either our Nambour or Gympie office, whichever suits you best.

This role is ideal for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their matters, and wants to be valued (and paid) accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run residential (and occasional commercial) conveyancing files end-to-end.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, agents, banks, and solicitors.
  • Prepare and review contracts and related documents.
  • Conduct property searches and due diligence.
  • Manage settlements in PEXA with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in PEXA settlements with proven accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver outstanding client service with proactive communication.

About You

  • 3+ years conveyancing experience in QLD (residential essential, commercial advantageous).
  • Able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of QLD conveyancing procedures and compliance.
  • Proficient in LEAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and client service skills.
  • A relevant qualification in law or conveyancing is highly regarded.
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with unrestricted work rights.
