We are looking for a bookkeeper/Admin to join our team and help us grow. The role will include bookkeeping and administration for a small construction company.
The role on offer is part-time with potential to a full-time permanent basis.

Main responsibilities
- Payroll processing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Banking
- General administration tasks

Essential Criteria (required)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Work well within a team and autonomously
- Be self-motivated, committed and resourceful
- Highly organised and strong time management skills
- Participate in risk management and quality improvement processes.
- Eager to learn, have a can do attitude.

Desirable Qualities (Not required)
- Prior bookkeeping experience
- XERO or similar software experience
- Understanding construction and/or building processes.
- Business management
