Our 12 partners work collaboratively across our offices, allowing our one team structure to ensure a wide variety and even spread of work on varied and interesting matters.

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute corporate lawyer at an Associate to Senior Associate level, to join our team. You must have a minimum of 4+ years post admission experience in a similar environment and be looking to take the next step in your career.

To be considered, it is essential that you can demonstrate strong drafting and communication skills in corporate and commercial transactions and have a working knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules. You will be capable of managing several concurrent complex transactions and skilled in delegation, mentoring and supervision of lawyers, In addition, you will possess a professional work ethic and be able to work well in a team environment to deliver quality advice and commercial outcomes for our clients.
