Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including private and public M&A, equity capital market transactions, commercial contracts and corporate advisory.
  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and transaction documents
  • Deliver commercially sound and pragmatic legal advice tailored to client needs
  • Assisting to develop and mentor more junior members of the team.
