The Opportunity
Reporting to the Business Unit Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the management, target achievement, and development of a team of Key Account Managers within Queensland.

Key Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives within Key Account portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Key Account Managers to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and key customers and develop and maintain strong relationships to drive sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.

About You

  • Proven track record of success in field sales management or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
