We are a well-established psychology practice located in Western Sydney, dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and families for more than 25 years. Our team have special interest and expertise in trauma, perinatal and infant mental health, with treatment tailored for each client, from a range of therapeutic modalities. What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychologist (with or without endorsement) or Registrar to join our vibrant team. Whether you are in the early stages of your career or have a few years of experience under your belt, we offer a flexible and supportive environment where you can continue to learn, grow, and develop your practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic support to a diverse range of clients. Depending on your interest this can include children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and our lovely referrers to enhance client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supporting their mental health journey.
  • Engage in regular professional development and supervision to refine your skills and knowledge.

Who You Are:

  • You have a passion for helping others and making a real impact in the community.
  • You're a proactive, adaptable, and driven individual who is looking for a place to grow professionally.
  • You are a Registered Psychologist, Endorsed Psychologist or Registrar with strong clinical skills, warmth and curiosity.
  • You enjoy working with people from across the lifespan, particularly in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues (option to focus on your ages or areas of interest or strength).
  • You value good supervision and collaboration, and are eager to keep learning and develop your skills through supervision and ongoing training.
