Hunter & Barrel Ringwood is on the hunt for our next Supervisor to join our vibrant, hard-working and fun team.

Working side by side with the Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead, motivate and support a passionate crew to deliver the warm, premium dining experience our guests love us for.

About you:
  • At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
  • A solid understanding of modern award frameworks, employment standards and OH&S/WH&S
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, great energy and a positive attitude
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in your team
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • A current RSA
