You will have prior experience in a busy restaurant environment and be confident in delivering exceptional service with a relaxed, casual flair. You must be able to lead the staff by example, have strong communication skills, exceptional time management and professional presentation skills.
- Lead and motivate a passionate team
- Supervise, train and coordinate new and existing staff
- Book events and oversee the operations
- Drive the business to achieve financial targets
- Maintain rosters in accordance with the award and financial budget
- Prepare the restaurant and manage service
- Oversee and ensure adherence to all Cleaning, OH&S and compliance responsibilities within the department
- Develop and implement promotional activity within the department
- Hold and attend regular staff and management meetings

**Salary**: $27.00 - $40.50 per hour

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
