**400 Gradi** is looking for an experienced **Restaurant Supervisor** to join our team
This role is for hospitality professionals who want to build a long-term career with us by joining our busy, vibrant team at our **Essendon** location.

**Required**
- Minimum **3 years experience**:

- RSA
- Must be available for night shifts and weekends

**Salary** - Casual award $35.15 / Hour
**Location** - Essendon, VIC

The Restaurant Supervisor role is hands-on and leadership-focused.
Italian cuisine knowledge is a plus, but training is provided. Applicants need strong initiative, excellent communication, and a professional attitude.

You’ll be responsible for supervising the front-of-house team, managing customer experience, assisting with rostering and training, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Must be well-groomed, able to multitask under pressure, and available on a flexible roster.

**You will need**:

- **Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory hospitality role**:

- **RSA certification**:

- **Availability for night shifts, weekends, and public holidays**:
