Job Description

At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As the Restaurant Manager at GYG Malvern East, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit. 

This is a Full Time position.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting  
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team

  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service  
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

 A minimum of two years of restaurant management experience

Strong financial and leadership skills

Demonstrated success in customer service, meeting KPIs, and possess exceptional communication skills.

Willingness to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate is also necessary.
