Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work various hours,
  • Forklift certification is a plus, but not essential.
  • Understanding of the retail sales process and the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory stocking and organization.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct customers to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Maintain fully stocked shelves, ensuring product availability and display standards are met.
  • Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak hours.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions to share relevant information with customers.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, responding to customer queries and providing quotes where necessary.
  • Offer accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
