The Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our store. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced retail environment where your passion for customer service and sales will be valued and rewarded.

About You

You are a motivated and confident individual who thrives in a team environment and enjoys working with customers. You bring a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach to retail.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous retail sales experience
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
  • For Full Time roles: Able to commit to a set roster including weekend days
  • For Casual roles: Available throughout the week especially on weekends

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and advice
  • Drive sales and contribute to meeting store targets
  • Maintain store presentation and product displays
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations
