Manage sales operations by owning customer relationships, including quoting and sales order flow, for a growing business focusing on the commercial construction industry. This is not a call-centre role — it's hands-on trade sales, product know-how, working with the commercial construction sector.

You'll:

  • Join the team responsible for sales order entry, quotes, and follow-ups.
  • Embody the voice of the brand, by delivering responsive and empathetic communications across multiple channels.

You bring:

  • Internal/inside sales operations experience in trade/industrial products (construction industry experience required). Being able to speak proficiently on our product range.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of construction industry experience is essential.
  • A growth mindset, and an ability to find the opportunities in every situation
  • Basic user-level proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP/CRM system is highly regarded.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
