We are a small Registered Training Organisation located in the heart of Melbourne city. We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and qualified Marketing Trainer to join our team.

Key responsiblities include:

  • Delivering high-quality training and assessment in Marketing qualifications (Certificate IV, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma levels).
  • Designing and delivering interactive learning experiences in line with the training package and Swan Institute requirements.
  • Conducting student assessments (theory and practical), providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate assessment records.
  • Supporting students through mentoring, guidance, and industry insights.
  • Ensuring compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 (or equivalent)
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing and/or Business (Diploma or higher).
  • Demonstrated current industry experience in marketing, digital marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in training/assessing within the VET sector (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for education and supporting student success.
