Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness West Footscray (Rent Free PT Role)

Location: West Footscray, VIC

Pay: $38.35 to $46.00 per hour plus super plus commission

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: Build 15 to 30 plus paid hours per week

This Is That Role

We're expanding our team at Snap Fitness West Footscray

We're looking for 2 passionate personal trainers ready to coach in a brand new gym, without the stress of chasing leads, paying rent, or doing it all alone

This is a rent free, fully supported role with structure, mentorship, and a clear path to building up to 30 plus paid hours per week

To support your stability in the early phase, you'll also be guaranteed group sessions while your client base builds

Who This Role Is For

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness or currently completing

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Working With Children Check

• Passionate about fitness, strength training, and supporting client growth

• Empathetic, encouraging, and confident in the gym

• Hungry to build a long term career in fitness with Jamie Fitness
