We are currently seeking skilled compassionate, and reliable Domestic Assistance Workers to provide in-home support to elderly Australians in Footscray and surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Domestic Assistance Worker, you'll help clients live independently, and feel respected by assisting with:

  • Home Cleaning – Household cleaning and laundry tasks are a core part of the role, helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Meal Preparation – Cooking simple, nutritious meals
  • Unescorted Shopping – Assisting with errands or accompanying clients to the shops
  • Wellbeing Monitoring – Observing and reporting changes in physical or emotional health

This role involves travelling between clients, so you'll need your own reliable vehicle.

What You'll Need

  • A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Current Victorian Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • COVID-19 vaccination evidence (as per public health orders)
