With multiple offices in South Australia and overseas, we pride ourselves on integrity, client success, and a supportive workplace culture.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Melrose Park office operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Melrose Park office.


• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of consultants, administrators, and support staff to achieve business goals.


• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, migration, and education targets.


• Ensure high-quality client service standards and compliance with Australian migration law and education regulations.


• Oversee client case management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.


• Build strong relationships with education providers, business partners, and community stakeholders.


• Monitor office performance, financials, and reporting, providing updates to the senior management team.


• Drive local marketing, community engagement, and promotional activities to grow the branch presence.


• Maintain a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience


• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a leadership/management role, preferably in the education, migration, or professional services sector.


• Strong knowledge of Australian migration and/or international education industry (preferred).


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.


• Proven ability to manage targets, budgets, and KPIs.


• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).


• Registration as a Migration Agent or experience in migration/education services will be highly regarded.
