Branch Manager
in our
Norwood
branch - a vibrant hub just minutes from the CBD, where leafy streets meet great coffee, dining and community.
As the Banking Community Leader, you'll empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody NAB's values at and make a genuine impact on a beautiful community. You will be required to build strong relationships with customers and business owners, partner with local businesses to help meet their banking needs and be an advocate in community initiatives to increase awareness of NAB's products and services.

In this role, you will
- Drive the overall performance of your branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction of a highly engaged team.
- Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
- Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners; ensuring that your team understand the importance of seizing every opportunity to build customer advocacy
- Ensuring that the standards, procedures, and systems set out NAB remain in place across the branch
- Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division

- Track road of experience in management, with the ability to inspire and influence others
