Our client is a high performing New Home Builder who specialise in project homes and offer a quality product with market competitive pricing. Catering to first and second home buyers, they have ensured that their product meets market demands for a quick turnaround and upfront pricing and minimal delays on contracts.

Working out of their Sunshine Coast display, you will have the opportunity to maximise on foot traffic through the display centre. 

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience and longevity working for a retail home builder & selling new homes (in a Display Village environment)
  • Ability to understand what your client needs and close sales
  • Immaculate presentation and communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills - working with contracts, housing plans and council requirements
