We're seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to drive excellence across our thriving fencing and fabrication operations. Your Role

As Operations Manager, you'll lead daily operations across our fabrication workshop, site installations, sales, and administration. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll:

·       Lead Teams: Manage and mentor fencing, fabrication, and support staff.

·       Optimise Operations: Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and workflow efficiency.

·       Drive Growth: Support tender finalisation and business development.

·       Build Relationships: Foster trust with clients, suppliers, and the community.

·       Ensure Excellence: Uphold safety, quality, and reliability across all projects.

Onboarding & Hands-On Approach

Your first months will include site and workshop immersion, working alongside teams to deeply understand our processes and build authentic relationships.

What We Offer

·       Salary: $110K–$150K + Super (negotiable based on experience).

·       Vehicle & Tools: Company vehicle + mobile phone.

·       FIFO Support: For interstate candidates, we'll consider your preferred roster arrangements.

Your Experience

· years in operations/project management (construction, civil, or trade environments).

·       Proven leadership: Skilled in team management, scheduling, and workflow optimisation.

·       Trade background (highly regarded but not essential).

·       Requirements: Driver's Licence + White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
