About the Role
Reporting to the Social Media and Digital Content Manager ANZ, you will collaborate closely with the Social Media team to drive engagement, strengthen relationships, and deliver exceptional customer support across all online platforms. Your role will involve monitoring community sentiment, producing insightful trend reports, and enhancing the overall Weber experience for our passionate audience. Your day to day will look like -

Developing, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across Weber's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

Actively monitoring and managing community interactions, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries with a positive, customer-first attitude.

Producing regular sentiment and trend analysis reports to inform and refine social media strategies.

Utilising analytic tools to track and measure content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Supporting influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
About You
-
Ideally, you will have 2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.

Degree in marketing, media, communications, or relevant experience (desirable).

A passion for social media, digital marketing, and building online communities.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.

Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools to drive strategic decisions.

Creative thinker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
-
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools is advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to innovate and improve processes.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
